Returns
You have 7 days from the date of your purchase to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must also be in the original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@zestifymestify.com with your order number, reason for return and provide picture evidence if needed.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of business days.
